Learning by Doing

Learning by doing is more effective than learning by listening or reading. When you teach others what you have learned, you solidify your own understanding of the material.

While experiential learning part is well stood, it is the teaching part which is under looked. We need to encourage the writing and teaching part more which benefits the teacher not anyway lesser than any of the attendees.
